Goods delivery policy:
Bring the purchase invoice and delivery note.
• Check the goods with the warehouse keeper or driver and make sure they are valid and in perfect condition.
Signing the delivery authorization after receipt, and the company is not responsible for any shortage or damage to the goods delivered after signing.
• In the event of goods being delivered to the customer, this is done according to our transportation schedule and the customer is notified of the specified date.
The company is not responsible for any goods not received within a maximum of 5 days from the date of the purchase invoice.
Exchange and return policy:
Returns and exchanges must be done in the presence of the customer or their representative, along with the original invoice or their registered mobile number.
The product must be in its original condition, wrapped in the original packaging, unused, and accompanied by all its accessories.
The product is subject to inspection by the relevant department before approval for return or exchange.
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the order delivery date.
Regarding offers and discounts: Returns or exchanges are only accepted during the offer period: 7 days for returns, 14 days for exchanges.
• Regarding the wires: The maximum return period is 3 days from the date of delivery.
· Special or customized orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
Cables cannot be returned once they have been cut, nor can chandeliers be returned once they have been assembled.
If the goods are stored for more than 30 days from the date of confirmation of the sales order, this invoice shall be void and the company shall have the right to deduct the storage fees for the entire period and refund the remainder to the customer.
Warranty terms:
Bring the original purchase invoice.
• Products with a two-year warranty include maintenance only.
• Warranty period and type according to the product, as each product contains warranty period data.
You can also ask the salesperson for further clarification or follow the information board in our showrooms.
Decorative hoses: If they are cut incorrectly, they are void of warranty – and if there is a damaged part, only the damaged part will be replaced.
Steam and Jacuzzi cabins: The warranty covers maintenance of the technical parts only, not breakage.
