First: Exchange and return:
- Purchases to be exchanged or returned must be in their original condition upon purchase and the protective packaging has not been removed from them.
- Return and exchange includes all products in the event of a manufacturing defect or delivery error, with the company bearing the shipping cost, provided that the period of receipt of the order by the customer does not exceed more than 24 hours.
- If the customer wishes to exchange a product for another product or return it, the customer will bear the shipping fees.
- The return period is 30 days and the exchange period is 30 days from the date of receipt of the product.
Second: Cancel the request:
- If the order is canceled before the product is shipped, the full amount will be returned to the customer within 72 working hours.
- If the order is canceled after the product has been shipped, the shipping value will be deducted from the amount
The process is completed and the amount is returned to the customer 72 working hours after the product reaches the company.
Third: How to return the product and recover the amount, if any:
- If you received your product from one of Zinco's warehouses, you must contact us.
- If you receive your product from the online store you must contact us.
- If you purchased your product from one of our showrooms, you must visit the showroom itself.
- The amount due to the customer will be paid within a period of seven (7) days from the date of receiving the product.
- The amount will be returned from Zinco to the customer’s account via bank transfer, and in the case of purchasing through the store, the amount will be transferred via the same payment method used: “Mada, Tabby or Tamara.”
- The original purchase invoice must be attached when requesting an exchange or refund.
- Receiving the shipment from the shipping company is considered an acknowledgment from the customer that the shipment (carton) is intact and in good condition and was not opened before receipt.
The invoice number must appear on the shipping document, and if it is not present, it may delay the process or slow down the response process.
Fourth: Warranty Policy:
- The duration and type of warranty are based on the type of product and are shown in the warranty icon for each product or on the product’s packaging box.
- The electronic and paper invoice is an authentic document in protecting our warranty rights.
- Warranties of all kinds do not include misuse, transportation, or installation in a way that exposes the product to breakage or damage.
- In the event of purchasing directly from one of the company's branches, the customer has the right to carry out maintenance and replacement in this branch or in the nearest branch to his area of residence.
- In the event of purchasing from the online store, the customer has the right to maintenance and replacement from his nearest branch.
- In the event of purchasing from the online store and there is no branch of the company in the customer’s residential area, please send the details of the maintenance and replacement request, attached with a picture of the product, to WhatsApp number: +966504899766, and the customer will be contacted to determine the mechanism of delivery of the product and the method of maintaining or replacing it.
