Account Deletion Request
At Zinco Trading Company, we place the utmost importance on the privacy and security of your data. If you wish to delete your account and completely remove your personal data from our systems and application, you can do so easily in accordance with global data protection policies and Google Play.
⚠️ What happens when you delete your account?
Upon completion of the deletion request, the following actions will be taken permanently:
- Delete profile data: (name, email, mobile number, and registered addresses).
- Delete activity log: All logs associated with your account will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
- Legal Note: Some data relating to previous invoices and financial transactions may be retained for a limited period only in compliance with local tax and commercial laws and regulations, and then completely destroyed.
🛠️ Ways to submit an account deletion request:
To make things easier for you, you can request the deletion of your account and data through one of the following options:
Option 1: Direct deletion from the application (recommended)
- Open the app and log in to your account.
- Go to your profile or settings .
- Click on the Delete Account option and follow the steps to confirm the immediate deletion.
Option 2: Submit an application via email
If you encounter any problem deleting from within the application, you can contact us directly:

- Message subject: Account deletion request - (Enter your username or registered email)
- Action: The technical support team will review and process your request within 48 hours of the email being sent, and you will be notified as soon as the deletion process is successfully completed.
